''Monsters outside the city my ass.''

''Just deadbeat old rebels, ha!''

A group of three young lions were traversing the huge landscape. Hoping to find some 'action' or 'fun'.
They came across some old dens, caves, remnants of the outcasts who live there. Even finding some of the old rebellion in what could be called a communal area. The young ones snorted, filth, they thought. Nothing but a nuisance for the city.
One lion headed up a path and urged the others to follow. They did.

''Hey, there's a huge cave here...''

''Lets go check it out!''

The trio padded inside, confidence suddenly turning into what could only be traces of fear as they saw what was inside.

The walls had many hides, pelts, skulls that were shattered in various places, obviously some brute had bashed some heads in its lifetime. Strewn across the floor were stains, most likely dried blood, but more bones and pelts were littered about.

A low metallic growl came from the back of the cave.

''I think we need to go...''

''Yeah...''

''Not sticking around here...''

As they turned around, they were faced with a huge feline monstrosity. Rumbles escaped his iron jaws as he backed up the 'brave explorers' further before they attempted to get around his large frame.

With a loud snarl, he grabbed one, snapping his back in two. The second, he lashed out with his hind leg, kicking him to the side of the cave before he ripped his insides over the floor. Faces of terror still carved into their faces as they lay lifeless.

The third lion whipped around and attempted to charge at the male beast.

''You fucker! I'll - AAAHHHHHH!!!''

''I KILL!!!''

The monster rushed towards the male teen, raised one of his massive paws and clawed the young one across the stones. Left dazed, he wearily pleaded the brute to not kill him.

''Metalhead, let him go. Fucking teenagers...just send him back to his mother or something...'' Thrasher padded up the rocks, dwarfed by the male.

''OKAY, CUB GO...OR I EAT...'' He snarled.

''Tell them they fell, or i'll eat you right now, got it?'' Thrasher leered over the teen, her teeth bared.

''...just don't kill me!''

Metalhead let out a loud long roar and stampeded towards the young male in a false charge to get him on his way.

He ran towards the city, tail between his legs.

Thrasher peered her head in the cave.

''They don't learn do they, tin-face? Enjoy your...new chewtoys. Maybe this time they will leave you alone.'' The female chuckled as she padded down the rocks back to her own territory.

''YUMMY''

Metalhead turned, sniggering to himself as he shuffled back to his den.
