I really like her. My character Bluerose would probably get along famously with her, as she's a traveling shaman who isn't skint to use magics from different tribes, and being a badger, she also defends her own fiercely. Someone like Java would be right up her alley.

Heh, I also have a character who can empathize with her, as my Karina also uses "taboo" forms of magic that, to her, are evil only in their potential abuse, not inherently. Also a wanderer because her practices greatly extend her life (an unintended side effect of ensuring she doesn't prematurely age) and people would begin to notice if that woman who's been around 50 years still looks to be in her twenties.

Love the design for Java especially with her in full colour like this, also like the fact that she is 10 percent prey meaning we may see some art of her getting eaten someday.
Since Java"s stomach capacity is so huge I wonder what she would look like totally stuffed?

Nice Fidchell really enjoyed her character in the comic story you did for her and now can see what she was really doing with the ref here hope i see more of her in the future and some of my characters wouldnt mind running into her since she looks lovely

I love how Java has evolved into one of your main characters rather than one we would just see for the comic. Also, it is clear I am heavily biased towards snakes
