If you want to have some more Evil vs Evil fun with it, make a big show of securing up the place, it has a vault so people are going to think that's where you're keeping your ill-gotten evil gains. Booby trap it up to the nines, lots of closed circuit cameras to watch the action as thieves and other evil-doers (and maybe a few morally flexible heroes) try to get through all your security and deadly traps only to find, YOUR EMPTY VAULT!!!
