This is the opening piece to a series of orchestral compositions based on Brian Jacques's beloved 1987 novel, Redwall. I had written several pieces in this series many years ago, but I was never really happy with how they sounded within the limitations of general MIDI. Now I have some better tools to work with, so I am pleased to have the opportunity to hear them with better sound quality. That said, I'm still learning the new software, so I may go back from time to time and tweak these as I get more comfortable with it. I hope you enjoy this piece and the ones to follow. Thank you.
