This Agreement is made forever between the Summoner hereinafter referred to as “Party A" and Summonee of Earth, hereinafter referred to as “Party B”.

WHEREAS, the relationship between the partied commenced irrevocably as defined in the original business contract, which is attached and incorporated herein;

NOW IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS:
In the event there are any disputes or controversies that arise between the Parties pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid Contract, then the parties are waiving their right to litigate these issues on earth and instead elect to have these disputes resolved through the Underworld.

The parties agree to abide by the rules of the Underworld.
WHEREFORE, it is agreed that all claims and disputes arising or relating to the Contract are to be settled by the Underworld.
This agreement shall be signed by the summoner on behalf of Party A and by Party B.

These proposed regulations are a significant permanent action under section 3(f) of Executive Order 12866 and require an assessment of potential costs and benefits under section 6(a)(3) of that Executive Underworld Order.
These proposed regulations are a significant regulatory action and are subject to review by the Management Office of the Underworld under Executive Order 12866. These proposed regulations will have an effect of life or death. They will adversely affect in a material way the economy, productivity, competition, jobs, the environment, public health or safety, or State, local, or tribal governments or communities. These proposed regulations will create a serious inconsistency or otherwise interfere with an action taken or planned by either Party. These proposed regulations do alter the effects of entitlements, grants, user fees, or programs or the right or obligations of their recipients; they do raise novel legal or policy issues.
In exchange for a sacrifice made by the virgin, Party A may bring Party B into the world of the living. Acceptance of the sacrifice allows Party B entree through the summoning circle. The offering must be of equal or less than value to Party B. Party A is allowed one wish that is within Party B's power so long as Party A can defeat Party B in a game. If the wish cannot be fulfilled or is refused by the Party B then the sacrifice must be returned in full. Any violation will result in divine punishment.
