A long time ago the Old Ones created a sacred treasure. This treasure was sealed inside a great vessel and for a time it was within reach of our ancestors’ hands. It was said that the power of the treasure inside was enough to lift any man to enlightenment and allow the experience of true happiness. Many sought the sacred treasure and the vessel containing it because of these rumors each hoping to obtain it for themselves. All could have been well were it not for the evil born of greed. Our ancestors attempted to seize the sacred treasure for themselves and hide it away. Battles were fought and homes were destroyed. In the end one of the Old Ones appeared and seized the vessel containing the Sacred Treasure. The vengeful Old One bore the vessel aloft to the heavens above forever removing it from the reach of our kind; and in doing so they brought about the Dark Age that lasts till this day.
Now a bunny knight and a cat barbarian join forces to follow the advice of a mad mage. Together they'll follow a map and fight an unstoppable army and a ferocious monster in search of a sacred treasure!
Anyway, awhile ago
bluemoonkin drew a gift pic for me and at the time I had nothing to give him and no time to work on anything in return. He said it was fine and it was a gift not to worry about things, but me being me, I went back to my lair and I plotted and I planned and came up with my revenge. Now on this date my revenge has come to fruition! For I have taken his kindness and chosen to pay it back with a gift of my own! And so I present the story given freely as my own gift! And there's nothing he can do to stop me!
Anyway wasn't sure what to tag this as in my gallery. There is technically an element to age regression in it since Arzure and Calex are both younger than they normally appear but it's not really the focus here. This is a story about a journey.
