this is my progress so far , 6 months in and 3 stone 3 lbs gone for good, properly dropped a dress size yet but i know i was getting closed to a size 22 (uk size) and now closer to size 18 just not in all my clothes.
Im so happy with how its going i just had to share it ! =D not there yet but on my way to being happy and healthy again.

She did have a lil help. She got the gastric sleeve. She worked at weight loss for like 5/6 years with little to no results... But the new diet and the surgery helped alot. LOL even helped me with my food consumption. Slowed down while eating, starting off with smaller portions, plus less carbs. :P GOod luck :)
As long as she happy thats all that matters doesnt matter how shes done it. Thank you very much, thats very sweet of you. :) my husband is the same since ive started hes eating less rubbish and doing more so its having a positive effect on us both. Mine is just diet and exercise but its seems to be working x
Thanks so much mr fox ^_^ im so happy with how its going so far my bmi and weight is still considered bad and heavy so your not the only one. Im just happy uts working even if its only bit by bit. Hey.. dont say thinks like that 30lbs is a lot to loose still, keep at it hun and youll get there. Dont be so hard on yourself :) im still only about half way ish its still away to go.
