A quickie page I did for a poetry theme night, featuring me (or rather, shark me) in the role of the unnamed poet narrator.
I chose Dickinson because, well, I loved Bloom County as a kid (despite getting 10% of the jokes) and Opus’ awkward recitals of Emily Dickinson stood out to me. And being slightly macabre, this sonnet stuck out the most.
