S.O.B. 43 Lost Reputation to Overconfidence
So Momochi is up next huh? Can't really say I'm all that surprised. It's called the Dunning-Kruger Effect. Momochi was the first to understand the contract so it might have boosted his ego a bit too much. There's no such thing as a "Fool Proof Plan" as the all-mighty fool will always find a way. And you can't get that much more almighty than god level.
Perhaps I'm getting a little too overconfident myself especially considering how the comic seems to be turning into a "talking head comic". >_< I hate those.

Also, I think the prefect wish would be "Revert and remove all influence you have over this plane of existence, with the exception of this wish, and as part of reverting any influence you have over this world, revert the world to exactly as it was before you appear on this plane of existence, with the exception of this wish."
This wish is a prototype. It still needs to be peer-reviewed by the best lawyers and witch-doctors on this planet.

Yeah, I know exactly how that wish can backfire.
It basically creates a reset button and then the fun starts all over again.
However, don't worry Junior isn't really a genie. He does have some major limitations including lacking the ability to time travel. Also, he does have the right to refuse the wish as a subpart with rule #2.

Hense the refusal clause. It's specifically made in every magic circle to prevent any paradoxical, undoable, or bad wishes from being granted to begin with. (Thank you cosmic laws of the universe.) However, I will concede that it is true that Junior could make it so that the wish granter doesn't exist anymore, but not as if he never existed. It'd be more like a subatomic self-destruct switch for living beings. Don't know about the soul though as the Land of the Dead isn't well defined yet.
Also a wish of a wish doing nothing will do nothing, so no paradox there anyway. (Yes, I realize that being granted isn't exactly nothing, but it's also nothing Just like the following sentence I am about to not make.)
