Introducing Lazarus Rivaille; Royal Vernid, Criminal, Vagabond and Narcissist.
The Glowing City, 2303. The largest and most advanced city left in Asia since the downfall of society by nuclear war in 2176. Heavily guarded and surround by large walls and trap systems to protect the city and it's contents as well as keep inhabitants inside. The Glowing City has been hoarding it's technology and developing itself greedily over the past 200 years, while towns and cities spread across the wasteland suffer and wither away from disease, famine and the deadly creatures that lurked in the fog.
Lazarus was born in 2288, in what used to be Tokyo, Japan, which now, much smaller is known as the Glowing City. This large city stands out like a glowing star in the Dystopian wasteland with its bright lights. Lazarus was born to a young female vernid who was running from the law after her attemptive hacking into The Glowing City's protection data base to escape the city, and was tossed into the gutter. He grew up on the streets alone, fending for himself and avoiding getting picked up as an orphan and forced to work in power plants or made defend the walls from the monsters that resided on the other side at all costs. Lazarus grew to be cunning and street smart, and soon was old enough to come out from the alley ways and make life better for himself. He become a trades man, selling anything he could steal or find and worked himself up, dodging the law and having a few scrape pasts along the way.
