I dont really have a fleshed out story for him yet. I imagined he was discarded and later cursed at some point, but for now, no full story

Discarded and cursed. Sounds like he'd be bitter about being thrown away, either by the child or by his parents where the child had no say and had actually loved him very much. And as years pass, he's constantly looking for his original owner either for answers or ... revenge. Whatever sounds the best. And yet there would have to be a part of him that yearns for affection but he hides it away.

Can't figure how the cure would fall in though. Anyway, I hope these ideas can help you. ^^

I'm guessing the muscles are a result of the curse. Guessing he has great strength. And seeing he has veins he must have a heart he tries not to show.

You guessed right. Twice. I do imaging he has a sweet s8de, but good luck finding it. He does talk, and does many not need to eat, but chooses to.
