Wonky angle, I know--but I just loved this solitary Ocotillo plant by itself on a ridge-line. It's actually not a cactus, like I first thought! It's actually a deciduous plant :D Apparently a week before Hubby and I went to the Park, they all looked dead. Then it got some rain and blossomed out all these pretty green leaves and red-orange blossoms :)

I want one if I ever get a garden XD
