Listening to this bass boosted music and then downloaded it to my computer to bass boost it EVEN MORE and the result is this picture.

Haha! Yeah, but that music does nothing more than try with all its might to take your eardrums, place them in a blender and have at it until they're literally powder. XD
I enjoy music that's even just /slightly/ more melodic or musical sounding. Either that, or I heard the wrong "Angerfist - End" because I just heard a second one. Ah well, whatever.

Ha-HAAAAAA! Since then, I've acquired a headphone amp with a bass boost switch on it, AND bought specifically bass heavy Sony MDR XB500s.
SO NOW, I have a bass boosted song, which I have bass boosted even more by my computer, which is then sent to my headphone amp which boosts it EVEN FUCKING MORE, into headphones that are able to vibrate even without boosting and FUCK MY EARS ARE IN BASS HEAVEN. BLOOD SPATTER COVERED HEAVEN.
And I am LEGITIMATELY getting the SubPac M2 in the mail in JUST a few days from now! Wearable bass! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWCqQWn-2Kc
I can't WAIT to have my ears blow off AND have my internal organs smashed to a pulp! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I denied it before, but I don't care anymore! I'm a basshead ALL THE WAY, BABY.

Another fun song for HYPER heavy sub bass is dis one, in case you wanted more eardrum destruction fun! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYXmiyI7EV8
Okay, edit to this actually, I just found one of those YouTube generated playlists that is ABSOLUTELY insane! I WANT TO LISTEN to ALL THE SONGS, but I'm literally beginning to feel pain and I absolutely must stop now.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYXmiyI7EV8&list=RDqYXmiyI7EV8#t=0
Starts out with the previously linked song, but just skip it and go to ANYTHING else in that list. I specifically REALLY liked Dabow & TWERL - Old Skool
Gawd DAYUM!

I just spent the past hour listening to this playlist and I have to admit: I wasn't that much into that bass-thing before but now I sure as hell am!
But this is getting to the point where I'm kinda worried about my health -which means that I'm VERY worried about yours, with them additional bass boosts. Are you deaf yet? >.> My drum/percussion teacher once told me that when the ears start to hurt it's absolutely time to stop and to take a break from whatever you're doing or listening to! (He also once told me that I'm the first one to go deaf anyways :> ) I'm not telling you to stop but please be careful
Anyways, keep those tracks coming!

Hehe, it's ADDICTING. I've always been SO conscious about keeping my volumes low, but lately, I've gone a little overboard and I've just been experimenting with how loud these headphones can get and the world I've found myself in is just- I KEEP BUYING STUFF FOR MORE BASS. Although, that's why I want the SubPac so much. I'm hoping I can maybe get that physical shaking that I'm after while being able to turn down the headphones a little.
In total, last night's listening session only lasted maybe thirty minutes. In that time, I only spent about ten percent of it with the dials maxed. Though, they were maxed. But I only felt discomfort for the last minute before I said enough. That's the longest I've EVER gone blasting music and I don't think I'll do that again for that long, so no worries. I actually really appreciate your concern, though. Thanks. >w<
I would say I'd send you more, but the YouTube playlist is literally endless, sooooo I think my job's kinda done. XD
Hehe, and no, I'm not deaf. I'm actually kind of surprised at the lack of KILLER pressure I'm getting out of these headphones, even with the computer volume maxed and the amp maxed, especially with the headphones being touted as extreme bass tuned. It's FOR SURE enough, though. Then again, the amp DOES have a high gain switch, which I will NOT be switching on. That would break the headphones before they broke my ears, probably. So, I don't see myself looking at a stronger pair for a good long time, if ever.
...
*switches on the high gain switch real quick* HO-FUCK. NOPE NOPE NOPE. I thought I immediately popped the headphones. They drivers bottomed out and clicked against the housing. Oh shit, no no. yeah, THAT'S for sure enough. Never never again. XDD

Good to know you're watching out ^^ The "having your ears blown off" and "having your internal organs smashed to a pulp" just seemed a little concerning to me. But apparently you might be even more careful than I am >.> I didn't even know headphones could actually break from to much bass!
By the way, in the meantime I've found an application for my smartphone which allows me to bass boost downloaded songs …you know, on my smartphone! Now I carry a mobile and handy ear smasher! (when there are headphones around)
If I should somehow acquire a so-called "boombox" (or whatever these tiny portable amps you can connect your phone to are called) then I could blast dat baaaasss wherever I am! It would be just like in the picture above, only with the box being way smaller. But trust me, these boxes may be small but they bring a similar result. When I was at a friend's place he had a box like this and I didn't even believe at first that something so loud came out of an amp so little!

Hahaha, I say things over-the-top a lot of times, but in reality, I'm much more reasonable. I say things like that just go get a point across. XP
Ooh, nice!
OH! Haha, that IS what I'm using! I'm using a Fiio E12 Mont Blanc. It IS a portable headphone amp that I can strap to my phone. https://www.google.com/search?q=fiio+e12+mont+blanc&newwindow=1&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj43by48NnUAhVL02MKHQE0CiMQ_AUIDCgD&biw=1600&bih=794

I love it for its high quality and its size. I really don't feel the need for anything bigger, as the changes made would probably only become apparent at MUCH more expensive headphones. I have both the Sony MDR 1A, and now the Sony MDR XB500. The 1As are close to three hundred bucks and the XB500s are, if I remember correctly, up in the high 200 dollar mark, too. I don't quite know because I got mine used for 100 flat off of ebay. Anyway, I assume you could only tell differences in amps after the 400 dollar mark or so.
Hehe, why thank you! When it comes to sound, I really don't like compromise. I'm certainly an audiophile if there ever was one. And yeah, the Mont Blanc is quite enough. It is very good indeed.
The MDR 1As, by the way. Like, seriously, if you /ever/ want to spend any significant amount of money on a good set of all around headphones, look no further. They are THE most comfortable set of portable, high quality sounding headphones. I couldn't recommend them enough. I thought the XB500s would be more comfortable with their MASSIVE pillowy cushions, but after about four hours of wearing, it gets a /liiiitle/ less comfortable than I'd like. But the MDR 1As.. I have literally worn from the moment I wake up till the moment I go to sleep never needing to take them off. They are just- THE best. In fact, I have accidentally fallen asleep with them ON many times in the past. They're so incredibly good. I wear the SHIT out of them. The earpads are already torn to absolute shreds, and I reeeeeeally should look into buying new ones because I don't know how much longer the last few threads of stitching will keep these intact. AND I'VE HAD THEM FOR LESS THAN A YEAR.

Maybe I'll look into it ^^
I always use different headphones for my smartphone and PC. I don't know why but while the ones for my Computer stay in good shape for a very long time while the ones for my smartphone keep breaking! I think in the past 2 years I had to buy 3 new pairs. The current one has already lasted for a good time and will probably hold for a while, although the cover of the cushions has a hole in it and I already had to replace the cable. (Luckily they put 2 cables in the box! ^^)
The problem is I never buy to expensive headphones because I know they will break within a year or so. If the smartphone headphone breaks I would use the PC one but it doesn't only look weird in public having a bigass headset plugged into a little handheld device, they would also start to break quickly as well and the cable is just TOO LONG.

Really? The Fidelios broke on you? Also, wait, Fidelios? Those are 300 bucks. I've heard those were awesome. Unless, are you talking about the earbuds? Because earbuds of any sort absolutely never last. Of course, unless you spend more than a hundred bucks on a pair.
Also, I just remembered when I bought my 1As, and it's actually been more than a year. A year and two months. The only thing that's gone are the earpads, and those are just replaceable.

300?! Really?! Wow, I actually got those as a gift from one of my sisters at some birthday. I didn't know she'd spent so much money for me! I can confirm, the Fidelios are AWESOME. They're not only good for smashing your ears with bass, they isolate any surrounding sounds so well that I also use them as an ear protection for drumming (kinda ironic how I use the same thing to destroy my ears also to protect my ears, isn't it)
And well, the Fidelios aren't broke, they still work just fine. The hole with the cushion coming out of it doesn't affect the sound quality. It's even barley noticeable while wearing them but I sometimes get comments from friends and even strangers about how my "headphones look broken" >.>
And I guess the first cable broke because I used to wrap it around the headphones when stuffing them in my backpack. I didn't know back then it would break the cable… Now I know better, of course. Maybe if I wouldn't have been so irresponsible with transporting my belongings they would last way longer. Now knowing that these are 300 bucks makes me feel a little ashamed of myself about how I treated them at some points >.<

Well, wait. They are headphones then? Not earbuds? My initial thought was the Philips Fidelio x2: https://www.google.com/search?q=fidelio+x2&newwindow=1&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjOh7Pv89vUAhVB6WMKHXjUB0gQ_AUICygC&biw=1600&bih=794
Is that them? Cuz if so, you got some AMAZING headphones. And actually, they're closer to 400, not 300.
Heh, yeah. I am SOOOOOO delicate with my cables. I never ever EVER wrap them up in any way shape or form because I know about metal fatigue. Even when packing them, I put the cables in the bag as straight as I can, or I just wear the detachable cable around my neck.

Ohhhh! Hahah- whu- They're still good though! Dayyyuumm! They look like open backs, though. Are they not? Cuz open backs get no bass whatsoever. Oh no, yeah, they're closed. Huh. But COOL! ^^ And they're still in the 200 dollar range. Tell your sister THANK YOU. Cuz dayum! She spent good money on you!
I already told her THANK YOU straight away when I got them ^^ The money on these is well spent indeed. I guess these things that look like open-backs are there so it looks even better. A little [I]to[\I] good for my taste…That may sound a little paranoid but I prefer my headphones subtil because I'm always worried about theft. I might even end up getting robbed for these things someday when I wear them in public. But when I consider the hole in the cushion…probably not.
I don't want to sound like to much of a complainy-pants but these headphones are not as comfortable as they look >.> They aren't THAT uncomfortable but nothing you'd accidentally fall asleep in, like you described the 1A's. I bet you know the feeling when you wear headphones for a long time and it starts to kinda feel hard on the ears and head…

Aww. I once thought I had something very valuable of mine stolen, but it turns out they just took it without asking and just forgot to give it back. In situations like that I just say "Welp, if they wanted it that bad, it's okay. I can always buy another. I just hope they enjoy it as much as I did." I just think, eh, it's like I bought someone a gift, I guess.
Heh, yeah. I bought the Sonys because of their good sound and their comfort. They're legitimately called the most comfortable headphones by all the reviews I saw. That's one of the main reasons I got em.
I do know what you mean, though. With the XB500s and my other Philips SHP9500 that I didn't mention before. Those are also monstrously comfortable, but just a little fatiguing after two hours. Certainly wouldn't fall asleep with them on. All of them are better than any on-ear headphones, though. GAWD, I can't believe those even exist. Who the hell puts headphones on the for that short a period of time? They don't even isolate. No reason they exist! XDD

…I actually have wireless on-ears I use for my TV. I don't remember the prize of them but I wanted some wireless headphones for my TV and those on-ears were the cheapest seemingly working thing I found in the local media store. I only currently use it for gaming consoles tho because I very rarely watch TV.
The messed up thing about those wireless thingies I bought for a cheap prize is, that when they run out of energy they don't just turn off like any other wireless headphones. No, they blast you with a very fucking loud interference-like sound and repeatedly lose and establish the connection over and over until they finally fucking lose it. I can't describe that sound in detail, only that it's fucking loud and the first time it came up it scared the shit out of me >.> and it still does, sometimes. It once got me so bad during gaming I got angry and threw that thing across my room. Never buy low end equipment.
Sound quality is…acceptable. Better than my TV speakers for sure. And they last for quite a while. 3 hours, I think. It's good for gaming but I'd NEVER use these for music.

Aw, mate! That's what I got the SHP9500s for! I bought a bluetooth adaptor off of Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KXIKCSI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And the headphones aren't bad either. Very little bass, but SOOOO clear in the rest of the frequency range.
You plug that into any headphone (preferably with headphones that have a detachable cable so that it just plugs right into the bottom of the headphones, just like the SHP9500s) and VOILA! Bluetooth without terribly interrupting noises. The low battery noise is a single beep that repeats every minute. And you can even use it while it's charging. And the SHP9500s also are low impedance, so the battery should last a good long while. Lasted me a whole day, anyway.

So I just stick these in, connect my TV with it via Bluetooth and I don't have to bother around with that low end thing no more? Seems simple. :/ How have I not heard of those before >.> This adapter would also solve this cable problem I always have with headphones when I use them on my smartphone.
I'll think about it. Maybe I'll actually order one of these.
A few years ago I actually had Bluetooth-headphones which were specifically made for the usage with smartphones. You could actually make calls with them! I think they lasted for a year or so until they total randomly broke. They just stopped working properly from like one second to another. The sound got distorted and certain things weren't played at all. I don't remember that well what was wrong, it was some very long time ago. I'm not sure but I think back then I kept them in case I get them to work again. Maybe I still have them around here somewhere, in my messy room

Yup! That simple! I got the Philips headphones and that adapter specifically for my dad and he uses it every night when he can't sleep. Auto hooks up to the computer it's been paired to before and he's away.
There's actually a wireless version of the MDR 1As. Still got that same amazing sound and that same INCREDIBLE comfort, but they give you your cake and let you eat it too. Bluetooth as well. If my current pair ever breaks, I'll probably go for the bluetooth version so long as it also has the option to be wired, too. So I can amp it still when I want to.

Yeah, if my Fidelios should totally lose it one day I'll probably get those 1As with Bluetooth too. ^^
I don't doubt that these 300 bucks I'd spent would be worth it, just like you told me before -but for my current financial state this is a hell of a lot of money. I just recently killed my savings for something else!
You seem like an expert to me on this headphone matter. So…you got any leads for something that is less expensive but still pretty good? Just to make sure! I don't want to end up spending lots of money for something I could have gotten for the same quality with less money D:
I have already made the experience that when I've just recently bought headphones I stumbled over some different headphones on the internet which were described as better and were even available for a cheaper prize >.>

Ooh! What'd you get? XP
Ooh, yeah. Okay. Good of you to ask. First and foremost, legitimately check Amazon every so often for MDR 1As. I have actually found them before for no reason at all for 160 dollars rather than the 300. I have NO idea how that happened, but if you search long enough and don't buy immediately, you can actually come across some very good deals. Also! Ebay! Used items on Ebay aren't so bad so long as you don't go for THE cheapest option. Also! Ebay auctions! The Subpac I recently bought I COULD HAVE actually gotten for auction for 180 dollars rather than the 246 that I paid for, but I REALLY, REALLY wanted to ensure that I got it because it was STILL, at that price, cheaper than I'd ever seen one go for and I didn't want to risk it slipping through my fingers.
There is a guide on Reddit written by my go-to headphone reviewer, Zeos: https://www.reddit.com/r/Zeos/comme.....eral_usemusic/
Also, he reviewed the 1As and maybe through this video you can poke around and find some other headphones you like. He does review higher priced headphones, though, so be warned.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45dU4WnD_LA
And for something good that's much cheaper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_BxKsGurII
I would still just- just save for a few months and just get the Sonyyyysssssssss... uuuuuggggggghhh, they're so good. You won't be disappointed. This kind of audio quality on a portable, extremely comfortable- I mean just- just so much yes. Out of all the headphones I've bought and tried on at stores, I always come back to my room at the end of the day and put these on.. and I just sit back and smile because I know I made the right decision the first time around. And they amp so well. Just a little bass boost from the Fiio Mont Blanc, and you just know.. you won't ever need another pair. Until maybe later when I want to invest a thousand dollars or more on the ultimate pair.
I am biased, though. Ownership bias is a thing and I accept that I'm prone to it, so just do your research, do lots of it and see what you like. Bass heavy? or more detail oriented? Do you want or need folding? Detachable cable? Swiveling earcups? which I don't think I could live without, I'll be honest. For truly detailed sub-bass, which is what I am ALLLL about, the Sonys are excellent.
Sub-bass, by the way, I have a few songs which I can't get enough of. And this is the type of music I actually listen to more than those killer bass boosted songs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQM9b_1kWTY
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlZmsNkCq7E (skip to 2:20 for the sub-bass that I LLOOOVVVVEEE. And then just IMAGINE the subpac rumbling those lows through your chest. I cannot WAIT for it arrive. And it should be here by the end of tomorrow!! YYEEEEE!!!)
If you can, download both of those songs and throw them onto any player that has a real equalizer. Then put the equalizer sliders to this same configuration: http://sta.sh/02c8opu6tf09 That is just the stock Windows Media Player and it still works magnificently. Then, just.. guuuhhhhhh.... enjoy.

Then, just.. guuuhhhhhh.... enjoy.
Wow! Thanks for all that helpful information I guess I DEFINITELY will buy one of those this guy reviewed if the Fidelios give up on me. I looked into the list and the videos and they seem to give a really good view on what headphones I'll look into.
And those songs you hit me up with seem cool too. Especially that first one from that Marcus guy. Beautiful combination of vocals and music <3 It's clearly noticeable how much work flew into this one. I don't know if there is a group behind this or if it's really just this one guy, but this is the kind of music which emerges when a musician, who has this talent to express emotions with tunes, just takes his time and some inspiration and actually spent a calm time creating and editing their songs.
I actually sometimes try to do this too, but I've never actually finished writing one so far. I just have some scribble-scrabble sheet notes lie around on my desk. Now where I think about it, I don't even have any recording equipment and if I'd insert vocals I'd have to hire a vocalist for the recording because I can't sing for shit! I don't have any editing experience as well. I don't even know what program to use for implanting the sub-bass and other effects. >.>
By the way, after some looking around I found the MDR 1A's for 140€ (€/Euro has about the same value as dollars $, since I live in Germany € is the money I have to use).

Yeah Marcus Warner is so good. Probably not only my favorite song from him, but definitely one of my all time favorites is this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cy-lOQ32dmY
It sounds SO much like HTTYD's track called Test Drive. And it certainly has that wonderful adventurous feeling to it. >w<
Yeah, you can just tell when a composer really loves what they do and pour all they have into a piece.
If you've never equalized your music, you are missing out on SUCH a big world. I couldn't encourage it more. More fun awaits!
OOH! That's actually a really good price, yeah.
...
By the way, just got the Subpac in the mail and I've been wearing it for the last hour. HO MY GAWD. Not quite the life-altering device I hyped it up to be, but my GAWD is it still amazing. JEEBEE! I don't even need my bass heavy headphones any more! I'm getting all I need and more through my body and I can actually turn down the volume SIGNIFICANTLY without sacrificing the boom that I love so much. It's actually gonna save my ears!

I'm seriously starting to get into this kind of music now. -Despite it's very different from what I usually listen to (Rock & Metal and stuff like that). I only have been playing around with an equalizer on these genres so far. It's not THAT much about the bass there.
What's that genre called of the songs you sent me? With the sub-bass? Unfortunately neither the Fidelios nor the Sades are "Bass queens" on that matter. But with the equalizer I still get nice tunes out of it x3
By the way, in the comment section of the song you linked me there is a comment from a user called "TinyNightFury". Is that you? :D

Hehe. That's awesome! X33
The genres are a few different kinds. Melodic dubstep, chillstep, house, EDM, also dreampop (Owl City is absolutely dream pop, though I like remixes, like this one of fireflies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoitiIbdeaM)
My current favorite, which was the kind that Vitodito - Salty was, is trance. Trance music just.. whisks me away to another dimension. I have my laptop set to not shut off when I close the screen, and I often find myself cranking the trance music and closing the laptop at night. I lay my elbows on the table and close my eyes as I rest my chin on my interlaced fingers. Total bliss. >w<
I usually find the songs I like through hour long mixes like these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ga7atYDjTg&t=1974s
And then I just go through the related videos that are of the same thing. I do this mainly whenever I draw or whenever I play a dumb little online game that I'm OBSESSED with called Diep.io . If you ever see a tank named "Fahren", don't bother fighting it. It's me and I will wreck you SO HARD. XDD I've been playing this game for over half a year, which doesn't sound impressive until you play it and realize that any normal person would stop playing after just two days.
But ANYWAY! Just go through those playlists when you're doing something else. When a good piece plays, you'll just know. And then you can find the timestamp in the description and find the name of that one song. Though I generally like them ALL.
For another favorite of mine that ALWAYS makes me smile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g6jidr4Zog
I even drew a picture based off that song. It's here in my gallery. ^^
And another favorite: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5wCxBjekhk
I do also like to just browse this YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/SuicideSheeep/videos
I think this is your best bet to find good music of this variety.
GOOD sub-bass is hard to come across, though. A lot of songwriters just don't bother for some reason. I guess it's okay, because oversaturation is never a good thing. Just makes the music that I DO find with it all the more sweet,
HAHA! Unfortunately, that isn't me. But I HAVE seen that comment. X3

For a REALLY different feel of music, you can try Hardstyle, too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPjcasWXl3U
This is my favorite of Hardstyle music so far: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7dDF5tpu7I But I only like the sort of midsection of the song, not the beginning and the end. But whatever. Still quite good. ^^
The whole mix is good, though. I think it's because I've gotten used to it. It has a small niche in my heart. I don't listen to hardstyle nearly as much, but if you ever wanna just feel badass while playing an intense game, look no further. Hehe.

Well, those should keep me busy for a while exploring these genres. I guess that picture describes the effect of this kind of music very well. (That zeeky guy tho in the comment section xD)
I actually play Diep.io every now and then. Allthough not that regularly. If you should ever see a tank called "Marv" (which is kinda unlikely since we live in completely different time zones) then that's me! I may suck at this game but I'd love a challenge! :>
I haven't gotten through all of the links yet because I'm short on time right now. I'll listen to them later. But I bet they will be as awesome as the last songs you sent me ^^

Happy trails! ^^ Yeah, just.. genuine happy bliss. I often look just like that when I listen to this stuff. (Lol, I know. Also don't challenge my knowledge on night fury biology. I have answers for EVERYthing. XP)
I do play late at night and early in the morning. But yeah. I'll actually keep my eyes peeled. If you see me, just spin. I'll recognize the name. We can be buddies! XP
If you want a fight, just shoot at me. Hehe. I'd be more than happy to fight. I do fight fairly. I'll only attack if you're in full health.
It's alright. Take your time! Music is literally all about enjoying yourself, so no rush! ^^

I've taken a listen to those songs you sent me and that hour long best of "Illenium" one is just This is this trance genre, right? Well, I absolutely love it! It's so calming and relaxing. It made me lay down on my bed, grab a plushy and just relax to the music x3 Do you have more of that? If yes, GIVE IT TO MEEE
The Hardstyle however… not my case. Sry >.>
I feel like sharing something in return. Something of what I usually listen to when I'm not listening to the kind of music you sent me:
I'm talking about Rock'n'Roll, baby! I know, it's not the kind of music to chill or relax to but I just find it… I don't know how to describe it >.> It feels like it gives me energy. It just makes me happier ^^ It takes away any sadness or grouchiness.
Compared to these other genres you showed it's VERY different. Completely different Instruments, Song-structures and rhythm-schemes and so on. There are LOTS of sub-genres within Rock (and Metal). What I want to show you is one of my favorite sub-genres:
Punk Rock!
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q-KE9lvU810 (Cherub Rock- Smashing Pumpkins) this one is actually quite relaxing
https://youtu.be/7xxgRUyzgs0 (Cult of Personality- Living Colour)
Hardcore Punk Rock (might take some getting used to xP)
https://youtu.be/c9gfP2DCp3g (L.A. girl- Adolescents)
https://youtu.be/xn7yUeXn1uU (No Way- Adolescents)
I don't want to bombard you with links (yet), since I don't know if you are even into this. If you want more let me know ^^

No, the Illenium stuff is progressive house, melodic trap, and dub/chillstep. There's a LOT of intermingling and overlap, but it's those general genres. Illenium and Suicide Sheeep (with THREE E's, I didn't notice that for a long time. XD) are my favorite artists for that genre.
Haha, you want more?! OKAY!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWRISvgAygU&list=RDQoitiIbdeaM&index=23
Heh, no worries. I actually really didn't like hardstyle the first time I heard it. It's a strange genre, and I certainly don't expect you to like everything I link. It's all good. ^^

Heh, okay. I'll give all of em a listen. ^^
I'll get back later with my response. There's a psychological phenomenon called the "Mere Exposure Effect" that describes how, initially, you might not like something, but after multiple exposures to the same thing, you begin to like it. I know since other people have tried showing me music, that I'm VERY hard headed when it comes to actually accepting new genres. I usually say "Nah, sorry, it's not for me," but I wanna give your stuff a real chance since you've been SUCH a good sport with me so far. It might take a few days to really get it, so gimme some time with this one.
It's hard because music speaks to me when there is no vocals or words. Generally, lyrics get in the way of what I like so much about music. Even songs with lyrics that I've known for YEARS, I still actually don't know the lyrics to. But! It's never too late for an old dog to learn new tricks. XP

Personally, I think the vocals are some kind of extra-instrument. Like they are adding something to this certain over-all picture of a song just like any other instruments.
In Rock the vocals are pretty prioritized. Like they are the leading melody. The only other leading thing in Rock is the lead-guitar. The other instruments are rhythmic backing. The lead guitar kinda supports the lead melody and adds bridges or guitar-solos to the song where the guitar is in the focus. In Punk Rock those guitar solos sound a little… I guess you heard it.
In Hardcore Punk however the vocals are not that much valued. The vocals are more a kind of shouting or speaking. It adds something to this rough atmosphere of a hardcore-Punk song. The band "Adolescents" are pretty melodic compared to the rest of the genre. With melodic guitar-solos and even actual singing (in the background).
I hope you can kind of understand what I mean. It's hard to find the words for this >.>
Thanks for the EVEN MORE chillstep <3 I've already said it and I'll say it again. IT'S SO RELAXING
I've listened to the Trance-tracks and must say that these are lovely as well They also just… I don't know any other word for it than RELAXING. The music takes my thoughts away. It clears my head Like a light that has went dark lights back up and I can finally see clearly. You know what I mean >.>

Haha, yeah! I know! I thought my Subpac broke! I was like.. "Uhhhhhh, not even a /little/ bass?" XD
I'm still very unfamiliar with the genres, but this one! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWXazVhlyxQ&list=RD7xxgRUyzgs0&index=4
DAYUM! Okay, I'm startin' to get it a bit. If you can find other songs with guitar and voices like that! I played Diep.io with that song playing and DUDE. I felt like the baddest-ass boss in the whole world. Made me more aggressive when playing and I kept winning! GrrrrrAA! HahAAAA! >3
Heh, but seriously, I gotta have SOME low end in my songs. So the other ones, eeehhhhh.. Heh. ^^ ; But! after a while, I might find myself spreading out slowly into the other ones. But for now, that Rage Against The Machine one is the best one so far.
Of course! I'm /so/ glad you like it so much. >w<
Hehe, yeah, I know what you mean. I guess I'm just more of the dreamer type. In most of these songs, I can see myself flying through clouds in slow motion, or coming upon vast, beautiful landscapes. Something that has that immense, breathtaking feeling. I like to always be able to come to my own conclusion about what the music means. Lyrics, I guess, feel sort of trapping. BUT! That could be my naiveness talking.

Yeah, Punk Rock is a pretty old genre. The bands didn't put any bass-related effects in their songs. Hardcore Punk is also old as hell. (Adolescents, for example, was founded in 1981)
Oh yeah, Rage against the Machine is awesome! \m/ And that song in particular is well known in the punk rock scene. If you're in for a good laugh, here's something I once stumbled over in the internet:
The song covered on child-instruments! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wdepf8H4Lgc
Here's some quite similar to Killing in the name
https://youtu.be/3L4YrGaR8E4 (Bulls on Parade- Rage against the machine)
If you're looking more into this badass-feeling try out these:
https://youtu.be/_7EQlfprV9E (Cowboys from hell- Pantera) This is actually not Punk Rock, it's a subgenre called "Groove Metal"
https://youtu.be/a_1rS6pr3w4 (Don't push me around- The Zeros) It actually doesn't sound that badass but I guess a song called "Don't push me around" should be pretty suitable
Judging by the lyrics of most Punk Rock songs I think, especially in Hardcore Punk, it means just to stand up against…something. Something related to society or the government in most cases. Some other however, especially the Adolescents ones, leave much space for own interpretations -when you read lyrics.
When I hear the lyrics I don't understand most of it anyways. (Might be because English isn't my mother tongue >.>). So in those cases I can only judge by the title and the few things I've actually understood what the song is about. But the meaning in particular doesn't have that much value to me. As long as it gives me this certain energetic feeling I'm on it ^^

So how is the music going? :> It has been a while since we spoke, man. I hope you haven't forgotten about me. :S Not like I'd be angry with you about anything like that, I'd just find that a little disrespectful. I hope everything has been okay in the past week.
I just thought about getting the conversation going again because I really enjoyed chatting with you about some music things and bouncing some things at ya.
There is something that happened in the meantime. The Fidelios are about to finally fucking lose it. The hole in the right ear-pad (Is that what they're called?) has gotten so big it is taking up the half of the ear-pad. Not only is now the cushion coming out of it but the speaker is now slipping out as well! When I noticed that I tried to save the Fidelios in some kind of emergency-headphone-surgery by glueing the hole shut but it's hopeless. The internals of the headphones are sticking out.
The sound is totally unbalanced and the headphones look absolutely terrible. The isolation is also screwed so won't have a future as an ear protection as well. They are basically still working tho. Selling them is not an option, no one on eBay would buy that! I'm thinking about getting the Sony 1A headphones you suggested me. Actually quiet convenient that this happened after you told me about them because without your advice I'd be lost now randomly searching online for any headphones.

Ho-kay, honesty time. Even after all this time, I just can't say I like that style of music. I've been hesitant to respond because I wanted to give it a chance so badly, and even after that, I just can't say I like it. I've checked back every day, but I've shied away from responding because I just didn't wanna break it both to myself and to you. I feel really bad that you liked my music so much but that I can't say the same to you. Sorry. >~<
Life's been awesome as usual and I certainly haven't forgotten about you. Sorry for disappearing.
Aw, that sucks. How on earth could they break so bad like that? I've never heard deterioration like that before in my life. So sorry to hear that. I'm really glad we met, too, then! Heh.
For proper storage, to keep your headphones in better condition than mine, you could get one of these for yourself It's like seventeen bucks. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VI4OMLK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's a simple, cheap headphone stand that actually matches the black 1A's color scheme PERFECTLY. Though, I will admit, mine are probably only ruined like that because I used to sleep with them on my bed and I move around a lot in my sleep, so I squished em a couple of times and ripped the earpads. If that hadn't happened, they still would look pretty much brand new aside from the SMALLEST chip on the edge of the cups, one on each side from careless placing on tables.
If you can really find em that cheap, do eeeet. I've tried other supposedly "extremely comfortable" headphones, but the 1As always win. Have fun! ^^

It's no problem! Really, it's nothing. I really appreciate you gave it a chance ^^ You don't have to force yourself to like it. A little silly of me to think that someone completely unfamiliar to the rock genre would like that.
Now I feel a little awkward about having pushed you to reply when you were just trying to get into this type of music. >.< It just seemed a bit odd that you suddenly went silent. It's a little bad habit of mine to always be worried about everything. Good to know everything is cool. Can't complain about my life either.
I've been looking into some songs without vocals and well; I found this! One LAST link :>
https://youtu.be/f3rz_DFNENk
It's so full of everything that I can't tell if it belongs to a certain genre. It's completely different from what I've sent to you so far. It has a little bit of everything. Like a trip through the entire Rock genre. Or life. Or through the clouds. Depends on how you look at it. It's so open for interpretations! ^.^ Maybe you can find your own. Just listen to it one ore two times and please don't disappear for a week
The headphone stand is neat but I think the damage emerged from the transport in the first place. And there is no way this stand could fit into my backpack with the other stuff! It could fit into an extra backpack however, I guess that would be no problem. I'll look into it.
When I was listening to that chillstep -when the headphones were still working- I've recently made an interesting experience. When I usually listen to that kind of music I just huddle up in bed closing my eyes and I've gotten myself into a state where I was literally seeing things. I was in a kind of doze or light sleep or so and most random things appeared in front of my eyes. Like hallucinating. It didn't last long, just approximate 15 mins. It wasn't even night or anything, it was mid-day. I can't even remember the things I saw. That was trippy, but with the half dead Fidelios I won't get that for a while. I guess I really need those 1A's

Yeah, I'm sorry. If anything, I'm actually excited to talk about headphone stuff with someone. No one ever really has before.
Eh, yeah. Just- not my style, sorry.
Oh, no, haha! It's not meant to be a portable thing! Just an official place at home to put it, is all.
Woah.. whaaat? That's actually kinda awesome. Man! Why does cool stuff like that never happen to me? XD
If you don't like the 1As, by the way, you can totally send em to me and I'll pay for em. Just in case mine ever break, I can have another set just ready to pick up. XP Just sayin'. Hehe.

According to what you described to me the 1A's should be good. Definitely better than my broken Fidelios. I can't think of a point which could cause me to want to get rid of them.
I think maybe you can get those doze-hallucinations too. Let me describe what you have to do -at least that's what I did when I got those:
First, lay down and get comfy. Grab a plushy if you want. I guess you'll have to be totally relaxed, if you weren't before the music should do that trick. Then somehow isolate yourself from any other surroundings. The headphones isolate the sound and to create that cozy darkness I just pulled the blanket over my head. Then just go and listen to the music for a good while, having your eyes closed and doing absolutely nothing. After some time you should become sleepy. The ability to focus on something should soon unconsciously disappear and your mind enters some kind of totally free uncontrolled state. I guess that happens when you become so sleepy that you're actually half-asleep -with the only difference that your conscious mind is still kinda active. The hardest part really is to let your mind slip without controlling it in any way. When you are actively imagining things or deeply thinking about something then the hallucinations won't come. The problem is, you have absolutely no control over that. It is impossible to purposely think of nothing, it just happens over time when you're resting, I guess. (Sidenote: Try to really do this mid-day, I guess when you do it at night or evening you'll end up entering real sleep. Then your mind wouldn't be conscious anymore). If you're in suspension of looking forward to the hallucinations they won't come either.
If you should have those and then focus on them they'll disappear. It happened to me all the time. I guess that's because this focusing makes your brain active again and leave this uncontrolled state.
The lack of brain activity must be what gives those uncontrolled pictures. I think hallucinations is the wrong word for it; it's more like dreaming in half-sleep. (Maybe Doze-dreaming?). When the brain is active or becomes active again you awaken from that half sleep and the dreams disappear.
To sum up my awkward description: Just lay there and let the music knock out your mind. Don't move and keep your eyes closed at all times.
I hope you can sorta understand what I mean, I really can't find the words for this >.>
I haven't actually tried this to do it that way, I just tried to remember the conditions I had when I got those.

That sounds like the standard procedure for lucid dreaming, actually! Of which I have looked into lots but can never seem to get. My mind seems to be too strongly wired for regular consciousness or regular sleep. Also might not work since I can fall asleep just as quickly and readily at ANY part of the day as I do at night, a lot of times, actually easier than at night. Mostly it just comes down to the fact that I'm lazy and my bed feels soooooooo guuuuuuuud that I just wanna bury my face in the pillow and wiggle my legs around a bunch. I also sleep on my front, which might be a limiting factor.
GAWH, found this song this morning the moment I woke up.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoX7GC9riWg
Mitis is another all time favorite of mine.

He, Im pretty sure I wasn't having a lucid dream. The far I know lucid dreaming is when you have control of your dream. I neither wasn't really asleep, nor did I have any control of what I saw. I don't consider it a real dream, actually. In a dream you not only see, you also feel, hear and sometimes even smell and taste. I only saw things, and I wasn't even technically asleep. I was in that phase between being awake and asleep. (I don't know any other word than half-sleep)
Despite trying I haven't regained that experience yet. But I'm working on it
I have some good news about my Fedelios. After what felt like an eternity of trying I kinda managed to fix them.
Well, actually I just pushed back in whatever was sticking out and taped the hole shut. That sounds easy but damn, that was hard. I guess some things are not in the place where they should be because it feels a little weird while wearing them but at least the isolation and balanced sound is back Almost like the hole-thing never happened
I guess the headphones should last for another while.
That MitiS track is lovely It has more effects than usual chillstep songs, doesn't it? I mean effects like the different kind of sounds, tunes, samples, vocals and many other things I don't know the word for. (Do you even call them effects? Idk any other word for it!) It feels like you can't overdose on effects of all kinds in music like this. I always thought when you'd put in too many the song gets too full but apparently that's not the case. Interesting ^^ If you have more, bring it on

Lol, I wasn't implying that you were lucid dreaming, but that literally is the procedure for lucid dreaming, too. XP
One of the reasons I actually don't chase lucid dreaming is that if you do manage to get your body to its sleep state but you manage to remain in that awake trance state, you can start getting visual hallucinations, and about sixty percent of them are of a dark, scary figure in your room with you, and it's SO BAD because your body is asleep and won't respond to commands to move. That alone scares the shit out of me. XD
Then again, I wonder if it has something to do with the kind of person you are in the first place. I'm a VERY happy-go-lucky kinda guy, and the only hallucination I've ever had was an audio hallucination while I was falling asleep that sounded just like myself whispering in my ear "You're the best." XDD
I kid you not. XD
Aw nice. Fixing stuff always makes me feel so accomplished. Nice work. ^^
I dunno. I guess so, now that you point it out. Never thought of that before. Maybe it's cuz I've listened to so many layered tracks like that, though. I also repeat my music for at least an entire day before moving on to another. Though, depending on how good the song is, I'll repeat it for up to two weeks. So I guess my brain has more than enough time to listen to and unwrap all the layers of a song, which just makes me like it more.
I have departed from my electronic ways for just a moment this morning and am now listening to this all day long: http://listenonrepeat.com/watch/?v=.....y%2C_I_m_Good_
I just wanna sing and dance ALL DAY! GAH!

Scary dark figures? In my room with me? Pah! I don't believe it until I see it; and with that I mean that I'm definitely going to try this more often until it works out that way. I ain't afraid of no ghosts. -actually I'm kind of a thrill-seeker when it's about getting spooked. Now where I think about it I'm a thrill seeker in general. I hope that won't get me into trouble someday. (Ignoring that it already has… )
I haven't had any real hallucinations. Like while fully being awake. But especially when it's dark, I sometimes see ghostly things in most casual, but more as an illusion. Ever been to a beach at night? Like in complete pitch back darkness? When I stared to the water everything looked like a ghostly figure! Even things were there was absolutely nothing. You should try it for once (not that I'd seriously recommend it tho, being anywhere at night. Not safe)
Hm, that's something different. I guess that kind of music is just made to entertain. It doesn't really have a deeper meaning behind it and it's certainly not made for a "serious" cause, it's just there to bring good mood. All it apparently has to do is to be catchy, to send positive vibes, to make you feel like dancing (and apparently it's absolutely working out for you!) The way I see it it's not about the effort or a meaning or anything. Just about having a good time, I guess.
That's actually another completely new type of music to me. When I want to feel energetic I usually listen to way different stuff (like what I've sent you back then). But this? THIS? Well, must be that "mere-exposure" effect you told me about. I'll have a few listens. But I'll do that tomorrow, I gotta hit the hay for now.
Don't misinterpret my reaction as dislike tho, I liked it …a little

Lol, nice. I'm not into creepy things, no thank you. My limit is watching old funny Pewdiepie videos of him playing horror games. Before he got all grown up and weird. Anyway, in that case, all the more power to ya!
I love the ocean at night. GAWD, it's the best place in the world to be.
Lol, yeah, it's a total departure from the stuff you've ever seen from me before. And yeah, it's absolutely about just good vibes. I can't get enough of it. X3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tK1lXSxZbHw
Yeah, I get it. No worries if you don't like it.
Alrighty, g'night. ^^

Well, I think those positive vibes start to reach me now too. Especially on the second one, those two-voice vocals or dual-voice or whatever they are called sound really nice. The music makes me feel a little happier but I actually don't feel like dancing to it. >.>
This kind of music really reminds me of a modern version of Blues. Despite it's quite different because it doesn't have this typical blues-key-scheme in it.
I bet this kind of music would actually sound way better when it would be performed live. But without the original artists, covering those would be a hard thing to do. If done right, it would really get the crowd movin'! -especially when people like you are around, I guess.
I feel curious of exploring this genre a little more. If you have something from this sort that is a little different from the two you sent me so far, I'd give it a listen.

Hehe, if I knew what genre it actually was, I would listen to more of it. I'm pretty picky, though.
I agree. Live, it would probably be amazing, but I prefer recorded cuz then I don't have to leave my house to have a good time. XP
Unfortunately, that seems to be all I can find so far. I've found a half decent YouTube playlist, but it's got way too many completely different genres all mixed in because for once, I actually confused the algorithm that tries to give me songs that I like, but since I've never listened to these songs before, it's like.. "Wait what? What do I give this guy to listen to?" You'll know when you see it cuz there'll be like chillstep and electronic mixed in random places, unless the algorithm actually changes from user to user, which I don't think it does when a generated playlist is linked, but I dunno. If you're wondering, you'll know why at least. XD You can just skip over those. Or not, it's all good, just, some don't quite fit the mood right. I dunno, it's a hodge-podge. It's not so bad. Maybe you could find some gems in there. I seem to like it so far. ^^

I think the playlist really is user-generated because in mine there weren't any electronic songs mixed in but some other unfitting stuff. I thought maybe if I have a playlist generated from the YouTube app on my phone it would be neutral but… I think it is even worse there. For some reason the algorithm thought it would be a great idea to integrate songs from a metal band into a playlist which bases on positive music…
That Andy Grammer guy really is what I was looking for when I looked into this genre! I guess if I should want anymore music like I had before I just should look after tracks from this guy because they really give me the vibes! ^^
I'm feeling kinda glad that I have yet again accepted a new kind of music. I used to be very close-minded, you see. Only listened to Rock and Metal. A few weeks ago I was pretty surprised that I actually began to like all that electronic stuff and now I'm even more surprised about this what-ever-it's-called stuff.
I'll ask a few musician-friends of mine who should know something about what genre this is.

Haha! Really? Go YouTube! I didn't think it was that complex of a system. Good job guys!
Yeah, all the Andy Grammer stuff is pretty fantastic. I think this is starting to bleed into pop music? Don't quote me on that, but I've heard quite a few of these on the radio, which usually equates to what I think would be considered "popular" music. Guess it's that way for a reason after all!
Heh, yeah, I was exactly the same way with my electronic music. I didn't accept any other genres. I wasn't quite into this stuff either, but now that I give it a real good listen, I'm liking a lot of this stuff, too. ^^
When you find out, let me know! I wanna listen to more, too!

According to the one I asked this genre is called "line-dance". Personally, I have never heard of that name before. But that might be because I've been unfamiliar with that sort of music so far. I haven't tried yet if you'd find similar music to what you sent me by searching this name. If should be the wrong genre-name… meh. Let's hope for the best.
And yes, Andy Grammer really fits into pop. I noticed that pretty quickly. I guess that's why the YouTube algorithm mixed other popular songs into the generated playlist. I don't know about you but I had lots of those! I don't listen to the radio that often but I guess you might be right about that. I usually back away a bit from what most people consider "popular" today but if the music is like that I perhaps open up once more and give it more listens.
By the way, that Honey-I'm-good song got stuck in my head throughout the day ^^ It got my mood up a little because it was very rainy today. I repeatedly caught myself totally unintentionally humming the melody. It's just so catchy!

It's not line dance. XD I looked it up and it's not quite it. It's probably a very modern take on what was once line dance music, but it's not quite that, I don't think. It's probably just one of those superb one-offs.
Aww, that's awesome. ^^ I'm so glad I can make people happy through stuff like this. I have that track on youtuberepeat and every time it finishes and I go to pause it, the very first note plays again and I CANNOT hit pause. So I just have to listen to it all over again and pause it before it repeats, which I don't mind in the slightest. >w<

I did some more research about the music, especially that Andy guy, and saw that kind of music might be called "country pop". Personally, I think that could be actually it. I listened to some country in general every now and then and if it would be combined with pop it would sound like this, I think.
Stay tuned, later on when I have the time I'll send you a few links from a totally different genre that intents to make you happy. It won't be rock or anything similar to it. Something completely different, as I said. But I ain't gonna tell it now, it's gonna be a surprise:>

I wanted to get back to you earlier but my internet connection randomly decided to take a 5-hour afternoon nap ¯\_ツ_/¯ Anyways, what I was talking about is…
*drumroll*
SOUL! Or Jazz! I'm sure you've heard of it for once. And maybe heard the music itself.
Before you got me into this country-pop (or whatever the right name for it is) this was my happy-tune! I don't listen to it that regularly, only occasionally. If I feel like for something swingy. Those swingy rhythms really make me want to lay down some fly dance moves. But I usually don't do that because the space in my room is…limited.
Those brass instruments really give this a certain characteristic.
These are also completely differently structured in rhythm, structure and instruments than what you've sent me and even what I've sent you earlier.
Let's skip the awkward describing and get to the tracks
https://youtu.be/4g4DO6co0II (Superman Lover - Johnny Guitar Watson) Made in 1976. This one's real smoooooth. Such a cool atmosphere.
https://youtu.be/md9veYbl7wI (Ashley's Roachclip - The Soul Searchers) Made in 1974. This one doesn't have any vocals. Just smooth and swingy tunes.
https://youtu.be/dguz0IsCuKU (O-h-h Child- The Five Stairsteps) This one always cheers me up! ^^ This is something I'd give to someone if this someone would go through a hard time.
You'll come to notice that these don't got much bass. That's because Jazz is a very old genre (Soul is a slightly more modern form).
Let me know if you want more. And even if you don't like it you can tell me straight away. I'll find some other tracks for you. Soul -and Jazz- are full of varieties.

It's okay.
I was actually about to say "You know, I think I've had enough of new music for a while," but god- damnit. I actually liked all three tracks! More please! ^^
More like the first two. Damnit, I can't believe it, but I actually ABSOLUTELY understand why people like this old music now. Just something about the way it was back then..

So, I've been looking for the tracks I was going to send to you and I thought of so many that I had the idea that instead of spamming you with links I'll send you ONE link- for a playlist I have created.

Actually, only about half of the songs there are Jazz or soul. While I was at it I put in the most random shit I thought you should have a listen to as well -from many many genres. Such like from genres similar to what you got me into with ear-smashing bass, other electronic music and this "country-pop" (still no clue if that's the right name for it) next to new genres like Raggae and some cool theme songs I came across. I also might have sneaked in one or two Rock songs. I just couldn't resist.
Anyways, Enjoy ^^
Whenever I find something on YouTube where I think that you might like it I'll add it to this playlist.

Whaaat! How do you make playlists?!
AWH I FIGURED IT OUT. I'mma make one for you too!
Also, sorry, I've just discovered a new song that has SWEPT ME AWAY, so I'mma take a break from the new genres for a few days to just soak this new one in. That's how I actually listen to music, I find a good one and stick to it for usually a week or two until I thoroughly wear it out. Although, I still always love it.
I'll get back when I start listening to your playlist again.
Also, I'm starting to feel the need to draw another audio-based image just so we can continue this conversation elsewhere. Think this comment section's getting a little long. XD

I'm not that of the repetitive type. For me it's often not just one song but a certain style in particular. So I'd rather listen to an album over and over again, doing that with one song would be too repetitive for me. But that might be because this electronic music is differently set up than this Rock I usually listen to. I haven't had a song from this electronic music I really felt like firing up over and over so I don't know how quick they lose this kind of special feeling.
But I have made the experience that if I really get into a song in particular -no matter what genre- the ultimate maximum for me is 5 times a day, and that separated with other songs in between. But that doesn't really matter that much because when I really enjoy a song it gets stuck in my head so I kinda have it in mind ALL day. I even catch myself humming or even singing the melody. Whether it's in a appropriate situation or not >.>
Oh yeah, this comment section is very long xD The total of 80 comments barely consists of actual comments, just our conversation. And some of our comments are paragraph-long.
I'm really excited about seeing another one of your drawings ^^ And I'm also looking forward to that playlist. I bet both are going to be so awesome!

Heh, yeah, most people find it crazy how much I repeat one song. I'm STILL listening to that same one. Of course, with other songs sprinkled in between, but still mainly that one. I like the way I repeat stuff so much because it literally blocks out stray annoying songs from getting stuck in my head. The good song IS the one that gets stuck in my head and I love it.
Holy crap. Yeah, we need to move onto a new comment section. Then again, seems like an interesting thing for someone to read should they stumble across it. They could learn some stuff about headphones and also try new genres they didn't know existed. ^^
The newest drawing is gonna be SO COOL. It's gonna be a little strip of images, which is why it's gonna take SO long to do. But it's based off a song I once fell in love with. In fact, I started the image like a two years ago, but I had no drawing tablet, so every line was ALL of the shit. XDD
But this new rendition.. it's got me SO pumped. It's got exactly the same feel as I originally wanted to, it's gonna be SO GOOD. I'm working on it daily, but it still might take me at least a week to finish the lines, and then if I ATTEMPT to color it, which.. yeah, that's a given, that'll take another week or two. But if it turns out like I see it in my head, it'll be well worth the wait.

I guess it doesn't have to be a comment section. We could use the private notes or our phones or anything if you feel like it. In the comment section on the other hand everybody can read and learn stuff, as you mentioned. Well, in case they take the time to read all that.
So the drawing is gonna be done in about 2-3 weeks? Oh boy, I can hardly wait! The suspense is already getting unbearable. But don't let me put pressure on you. Take your time ^^ I bet it's gonna be worth every second of the time I will have waited.

(I'm responding here because the lenght for shouts is limited)
Yeah, I was actually planning to make one some time ago. But I didn't know what I was gonna do because I neither had the skill in drawing, nor did I want to spend the money to pay someone. Just recently, when I was casually chilling out to some music, I got the idea to make something mosaic-like. Something completely abstract. I tried to use the music as some kind of inspiration. I at first just placed random forms until I ended up making a head which moderately looks like mine.
I know, I know... it didn't turn out as well as I thought but it is better than having that standart thingy. Consider it modern art. There isnt a good or bad in modern art. Like people draw a few rectangles or randomly squirt color on paper and make thousands with it, y'know what Im sayin? It's crazy
So youre going for a new profile pic too? Well, Im looking forward to it ^.^
Btw, have you heard about that thing with Chester Bennington? Sad, sad, sad... I dont know about how familiar you were with them but I liked Linkin Park alot. I once knew somebody who was OBSESSED with Linkin Park. I have lost contact over the years but I bet it hit him especially hard.
It really gets to me too. I hope he is at peace now. R.I.P. Chester
I take back that I said Im not the repetive type because I catch myself clicking on that song over and over again.
https://youtu.be/eVTXPUF4Oz4 (In the End- Linkin Park)
Now, with Chester gone, this has an entire different meaning to me. I sometimes get tears in my eyes when I hear that chorus. And I rarely get all emotional around songs.
Just felt like talking about that, sorry if I should bother you with it. It really has been all over the news recently.
