Art Trade with  chaoticNightmare

My part of an art trade I had with a friend of mine, they wanted me to design them a character. They didn't told me much except that it must be:
1-in his 20s
2-Mad Hatter inspired
3-A cyborg.
4-Clockwork

And since I've been into 40k, I kinda based it on some of the machinery from the Skitarii and Adeptus Mechanicus. Also wanted to make him mismatched in terms of limbs and proportions to make it seem that whatever he has done to himself was not with a good mind, far too artistic and far too messy for his own good.
