Astraphobia: Fear of Thunder and Lightning
My inspiration for this one was a mixture between Zeus, the 10.000 Volt Ghost, Genies and Ghosts.
I gave it a spear in the shape of a lightning as a weapon, while on it's back he has lightning bolts to throw at enemies, he also has gauntlets that make sound blasts which would link it to thunder. It's tail is supposed to be a large thunderstorm cloud, while the entire body is made of raw electricity.
