I'm not really sure what that animated part is supposed to be? I mean it certainly LOOKS like a waterfall but I'm not sure what it's doing with that animation. Feels like it's missing a frame right at the start and missing some splash effects on the ground if it's actually coming out in waves from the top tile.

Color palette is wonderful, though! Nothing bleeds, well shaded, nice to look at.
