Okay, so it's not a funny strip this time and it might even be a cheep way to add in a bit of backstory as well as setting up why our protagonist, Patty D. Virgin, hasn't played a game up until now. Too bad you wont see the end of that particular punchline until the next strip.

Trust me, just don't… even Japan hates that particular mechanic as it's introducion breaks so many perfectly functional decks due to all of the new rule changes to compensate for it. Things like you can only have a 4 card starting hand and the movement of the pendelum zones and now there's an "Extra Monster Zone"
Although I personally dislike it as it's bad enough that my own fanfictions are now way out of date and they were made durring the Synchro and Exceeds arcs.

Well, if it changes, then I'll just have to adapt, sadly. Just because the rules change doesn't mean my series "Duel Dimensions" doesn't have to stop. I have planned to have the new series be crossed over.
