That's Ivan (not Yvonne, though the pronunciations is similar) from Gorky Film Studio's Morozko, released in the United States as "Jack Frost". In classic fairy tale style, Ivan has just been given the head of a bear for being selfish (and trying to shoot a mother bear and her cubs just to show off his marksmanship).
