The undershadow on the tail? That is an airbrush after the painting was done along with the shadow fade on the ground. The rest is multiple paint strokes. I actually hate the mushy look that blenders give a lot, they just never became part of my workflow. It's hard to replace the subtle extras that painting things out give vs airbrushing and blending everything.
Haha. I like attention to details, it started a long time ago when I wanted to focus on the things I would have an instinct to hide and not have to draw and that's what became of it. I like even unconventional or impractical clothing to look at least like some thought was put into it or it could be convincing.
