Indrel arms typically don't have much more striking power than a human's, but their shoulder-claws can squeeze with enormous pressure. They dig this way, latching onto a handful of rock, and slowly squeezing their claws into it until it's able to be pulled out.
Also, most of Yannit's understanding of humanity comes from the various stories she would ask traveling humans to tell. Most of them obliged, because it’s not every day you get to tell fairy tales to enthusiastic bugs.

If her concept of headcrushing is also based off stories, she may not be as useful as hoped: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8t4pmlHRokg
Some interesting reality coming the direction of one Indrel, then.
Someone is going to have to be in charge of the madhouse, and it's starting to look like it's going to be Elim. Who's going to have an interesting time of things, especially as instinct, brain chemistry etc enact their changes upon his superior officer.
Future's going to be interesting, but most of all for who?

That first panel...they just seem so cute together.
Even if this ends where the condition is reversed he should still hang around as less of a servant of more of a butler type friend, like Batman's Alfred in some sense or something.
Or they just get together and Kas embraces this really wierd yet better life.
It's kinda cool thinking of a lot of ways things can go and all them would work.
That's good story-writing/story-telling/comic-book story telling, that's 4sure.

I can imagine that storytelling to bugs is a very rare pleasure! This is another stellar upload my friend and I always enjoy seeing the rest of the crew! Your unique style of approaching speech patterns through text is always charming and I'm always aquiver with anticipation to see what turn the story takes next! For example, is Kass's laughing outburst a natural response or a result of her transformation and a sign of her new Yinglet nature? Keep up the exceptional work!!
I love the last two panels, very. I don't know whether I should explain why; I think the panels speak for themselves, but it is the facial expressions, the way Kassen holds his arms out (which to me gives off a girlish look), and the complementary dialogue.
Hell, that doesn't mean I hate the panel of Lopin clinging to Elim's body for protection. Him quickly dashing over to Elim and grabbing on to him for dear life totally sounds like what a yinglet would do. Gosh, the cuteness factor… it's so up there! I almost would have expected him to climb higher up his body, around his back, and look over his shoulder.
Yesterday I forgot to congratulate you on making it to 50 pages for the comic, so I'll congratulate you on making it to 51 pages instead. So… congratulations! I realize you are almost at 100 pages already, but if you take the prologue into account, then you're already well past that milestone, but the prologue isn't really part of the main story. Sooooo we can kinda ignore it for the sake of celebrating things that end with the number zero.

I'm curios as to the amount of pressure for a indrids digging claws. For reference an insane amount of psi is that of a dunkleosteus bite, 80,000psi(basically a big ass dinosaur fish that has its skull on the outside and can bite through alot of shit). A dunkleosteus skull https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipe.....7042802%29.jpg
