Again, I should mention this. Shabti do not possess emotions. He does not possess the ability to be creative enough to form his own opinion about things such as beauty standards. (Frankly, if he did have free will, then he'd be a functioning sociopath.) So his reasoning for determining that "ugly = virgin" is just that the virgin sacrifices in the past were all less than exceptional standards. It wasn't that they were ugly, just not as pretty as the gods were.
Did all that make sense or am I fooling myself here? Oh well, back to work.

Don't be rediculous. It's a clay doll trying to understand furry society.
Seriously, Shabti has it so much worse than an alien… So much worse…

Also "Sociopath", not "Psychopath".
The two can overlap, but there is a distinct differnce between the two.
Sociopath: a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.
aka. a lack of unwillingness to hurt others because of a lack of empathy caused by being unable to feel anything. More of a "I could kill you to reach my goal, if nessisary."
Psychopath: a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior. or an unstable and agressive person.
aka. a willingness to hurt others for any reason. A "I'll kill you because you're there". They may lack empathy, but they do still have emotions.
I think Dexter is more of a high functioning Psychopath. Yes, he doesn't understand emotions, but he does have them. He also sticks to a certain moral code to keep his psychopathic tendencies in check for his own protection. He married his girlfriend, not because she provided him with something useful to him, but because she was the only one who made him feel somewhat normal.
Oh um… Sorry… Overanalyzing things again and this is a little dark…

Heh quite an enjoyable quote : 3
And no no, that's a very good reaction, I find it interesting how many psychopaths think their sociopath's, as since Dexter doesn't understand emotions fully, he doesn't THINK he has them. Before they know, there's some truth in what they're faking. It also makes me think of Flowey the Flower, but you may not have played Unabashed Undying Undertale : p.
I mostly just wanted to go with the Ditzy Dimwitted Dexter wordplay, used in the first book. I've seen the show, but just started on the books. It's enjoyable different I must say.
Also the overanalyzing is something I like bud ;3
