Like I said earlier, Petra is more of a shapeshifter between her anthro form, Indominus form and finally her human form. The spines seen here are part of her body and normally she tends to file them down so she can pass somewhat under the radar. Hard to do when you're over seven feet tall, built like a tank and having literally paper white skin but whatcha gonna do?
