So before any of my players can begin roleplaying, a bit of background on the world they live in so they can roleplay a bit more realistically:
The world of Evera:
The greatest learned minds of your culture say the world is a flat disk, drifting in the void between worlds. This disk is circled by a fiery sun that warms it during the day, and a moon that lights it during the night. The stars shift around the world of Evera when you can see them visible evidence of other worlds, and only a few bright points of light stay fixed relative to Evera, allowing for navigation. The clerics claim that these points of light are the beacons, homes of the gods who live in the sky.

I'd probably make you roll some sort of fort check or suffer vertigo. Imagine looking over what looks like a cliff to see nothing but stars underneath...
Although, I suppose depending on timing, you might see the moon or sun underneath.
Not something you guys are going to have to worry about for a bit, since Honath is located on the west shore of the west sea you see there, where that bit of desert appears to meet the sea.
