Just California, a little bit of Nevada and Arizona, and now Texas. The thing about In&Out is that they do not freeze their meat, only refrigerate, so they only have restaurants within 9 road hours of their meat plants with their restaurants receiving two deliveries a day, so their burgers tastes really fresh. The only equivalent outside of their limited market would be Five Guys Burgers, and there is a debate on who's is better.
