A custom made adopt for  KiwiNiwi

info on this particular adopt: Being a pure wind dragon they are associated to the Kingdom of the Sky (meaning they have some little relation to my Sky Dragon King OC) The skirt that these particular dragons wear are from fallen Phoenix Dragons of old times that have been passed down from generation to generation to show that they have some form of blood relation to the Sky Dragon King.

Having multiple bells and chimes on their person shows that they either play music for the royal dragon court or dance for other royal dragons. They are musical creatures at heart and love making noises wherever they go.
