Outfit Description
He wears a pair of headphones with a blue headband and black earcups, a black laced choker with a blue ribbon tied on it on his neck, he wears a white strapless camisole corset top with 2 black stripes, black frilly bracelets on both wrists, white fur embedded on his hips, his skirt appears to be 2 tiered by having a blue part on the upper tier with a black skirt covering his crotch, and has large white skirt on the bottom tier that only reveals his legs, he has black thigh high stockings and blue garter and finally wears blue high heels.

It is unknown that the white part of his skirt seems to have s flexible and light hoop skirt concealed underneath it but the skirt is supposed to be spreaded out and it appears to be flowing when blown by wind.
