Aww wow, a great concept! I'm sure I've seen a "dalek dress" a little like this on Flickr somewhere, but I can't seem to find anything like it with a quick search. x-)

I'm sure I'm far from the first person to think of it, given that the original inspiration for the Daleks was women gliding eerily across a stage in huge hoop skirts!

I want to give you a grant to make this costume a reality. *-*
