The best I can find is that Trav-Ler made some of this type of radio, but I can't confirm nor deny it.
There were many brands that used this line-up of tubes.
Lafayette was a house brand for "Wholesale Radio service Inc" which I believe was later bought out by Allied, which was in turn bought out by Radio Shack.
At least you have something to go by. I see it was modernized with a 7.8 uf cap in the filament string. This replaced the use of a resistance line cord, often called a "Curtain Burner"
