Not a fan of the dialogue in that last frame. Way too heavy, too dense, I don't buy that any character would talk like that. Not sure if there's any chance for editing at this point, nor do I expect you to randomly listen to a stranger, but surely it'd be better if you cut out at the simple implication of "you wont have to worry about that where you're going, I'll give you some wonderful new ones." Plenty of room down the line to slip the other details in more organically.
You're also missing the point of the panel a bit. The 'punchline', as it were, is in the rhetorical question he puts to his captive after delivering that grandiose statement; he doesn't get an answer, nor does he expect one, because it's clear the child doesn't have the faintest idea what he's talking about, and is too frightened to answer anyway.
Don't worry I listen to all criticism and take consideration with what you said. Yeah I agree. I may need to fix this and split the bubbles up. I wouldn't be a fan of large bubbles my self. So thabk you for yoyr thought pass more in the future if you feel up to it. It's what this comment section is for. <3
Yeah, I think it's more an issue of a lot of text being loaded into a single word bubble then there being a lot of text. But then, I prefer the manga approach to framing, where there is less dialogue and more meaning conveyed through action and expression (and too be fair, there are plenty of manga that go waaaaaay too far in the other direction, to where it just becomes a chore to figure out what's going on). But sometimes a character is just the type to talk, in which case it would be better to arrange the pages so that you can divide long stretches of text across multiple panels.
But that's one of those things that you gotta also work out alongside pacing, layout across multiple pages and storytelling efficiency and all of those things combined means you can't always do it the best way all of the time. I would say that yeah, this might have been better divided up if possible, but until I've seen the whole chapter, I don't think there's really a way to tell if that was possible in the moment.
Also, comics aren't my specialty, so my advice may or may not be useful. I'm just guessing based on what I've seen of the comics that managed to capture and hold my attention over an extended time frame (which is not many, to be honest).

Okay, so from what I've already gathered, this crazy dude with the even crazier hair is basically Jumba Jookiba, if Jumba's morality was dialed down to 0 and his crazy was dialed up to 12, with NO chance of becoming good, ever! You know, I had a slight suspicion you were based on Stitch and the Experiments, but this basically confirms it. XD
blind too? geeze this kid can't catch a break can he?
also I can only imagine how weird it is having an extra sense jammed into you brain that you weren't born with, I think there was a movie based on a true story about that. I wonder what it would be like having an extra sense jammed in that the human brain was never designed to support, like a Jacobson organ or the starnose mole's emp; I wonder if you would have to alter the brain, or if the fleshy mass would just adapt to the strange new appendage were it simply added.
