sooo.... kindling is a male with male parts.... I was thinking the kind more like a wax elemental... hmmm... does it mean they breed? how is a lil sparkling born? an egg / wax-pod? is it born "off" and lighted by the parent's flame to finish being "born"? . . . see? now you made me full of lil questions about kindling lore... ;P
Well we can assume since they have males bits there are female bits. Nyow it could be kindle is under some curse or something else be messing with him and he'd otherwise be normal or we can assume he's a wax malgamation and there are other cute lil waxies out there but since they'd likely have male and female bits and likely have mammalian traits likely its placental but then wax isn't mammalian so much so could be egg or some combination of things
