MMmmmhhh... lemme try to be 'deep' for a sec... the beach represents relaxation and fun. The hourglass represents time (obviously), and the rate at which the sand falls represents how quickly our fun, our happiness, is slipping away from us. Goddamn! Was that 'deep' or what!
