I was rather pleased by the reaction to Episode L; I hope you like this episode, too. There's quite a bit of Winterbough family history, here (including a bit of the family tree). There are a number of surprises in store for the Master of Elfhame, including one or two that are definite blows to the stomachs.

I didn't think so, but I couldn't remember if Anastasia had an independent claim to the title. So, if what would Mamie stand to inherit in Elfhame if anything? Probably not the title Master of Elfhame, but perhaps claim to her stepmother's [that doesn't seem like the right term for Heloise] items...?
In theory, Mamie, as a daughter of WW3, would have priority over WW5 in inheriting the property of WW3, since she's a daughter versus WW5 being a grandfawn. Mamie would thus inherit, under Elfhamian law, the property of WW3, instead of WW4 and Forrest. In Elfhamian law, doe-fawns inherit, but buck-fawns don't.
This, by the way, is the sort of whacked-out scenario that I had to learn how to deal with in trusts and estates class, 27 years ago.
The Mastership is independent of any property WW5 has, since it's in the gift of the Crowns, and not his property, as such. The Master's Lodge, as building, ditto.
Heloise would be very complicated, since she wasn't Elfhamian; it could be argued, then, than she could dispose of her property as she saw fit. Though, of course, Stella Winterbough will ultimately inherit it to the detriment of WW6.
