Well, this would've been thematic if I'd gotten it done during September. Then I could've given him a Hawaii shirt. Then again...it's been done folks.

As many have pokemon characters, Gordon is one of mine. (Actually, he's about the ONLY one.) Put in Fat Furs, because while it IS of a Pokemon, It's one who is obese that isn't normally so.

Gordon's a bit unusual in ways beyond weight. He not only speaks English as well as Pokemon, he's fluent in a handful of human languages, and prefers to act like one. However, he flatly refuses to evolve into a Feraligatr, and evolved into Croconaw very early. His reasons for size and shape are mainly tied into getting a mixed bag of genes from his pokemon parents, one being the obvious Totodile/Croconaw/Feraligatr species, the other being a Snorlax. Unlike normal instance where genes only from one or the other show, Gordon managed to get some from both.

One trait that's odd, is he's human height, while a normal Croconaw is about 3 feet tall. Gordon is over 5 feet, and his proportions are a bit closer to a human's. He doesn't mind at all, as he likes behaving like a human anyway.

His metabolism is, bluntly, very very messed up in some views (I bet it'd be favorable to the fat fur fans though). While he is actually amazingly active, even for a normal Croconaw, the fact stands his body has the appetite of a hyber metabolism, but the fat storing of a slow one. Between the two, he's near-always starving, and puts on fat pretty easily. That same metabolism does have benefits (Aside from the fat if you like that stuff). It means he makes more water than a normal Croconaw, heals better, and despite size, can actually be surprisingly athletic, particularly when motivated to be, usually relating to food.

He does, however, have an annoying time putting up with three little siblings, all normal Totodiles, who are trouble-making and combined, are about as hungry as Gordon himself. This does mean he sometimes loses a meal to them.

In terms of personality, he's taken more from the humans around him than either parent. He enjoys human culture, and you could say it shows, since the rich foods of various cultures made him put on weight much faster than if he stuck to more nutritionally balanced and healthy Pokemon food. However, he is starting to enjoy his size, particularly from having before duped wealthy but stuck up Pokemon trainers out of money, by way of Pokemon contests. He beats any normal pokemon save for occasional loss to a Wailord, and in battle he's no slouch either. He's used this money to also become wealthy himself, and use that for more fun with the human culture.
