Serpent valley is an important site from the early history of the Alliance. It was due to a battle in this location did the higher ups in the Alliance put strict laws in place that prevented members from interacting with species that had not yet discovered space travel.

Now, nearly ten millennia later, the valley has been reclaimed by the surrounding desert, leaving no trace of the battle that took place here.
