I realize this is an old picture, and I probably sound like I'm just quibbling, but I'm fair certain the perspective is off on Duncan's hand.
The rest of his fingers are concealed behind the two that he used to hold you up. Unless he twisted his right arm around to that position(I just made the attempt, and while it is possible, it's a strain on the wrist), that can only mean that his left hand is on backwards.
