Caprecia, known less formally as Cappy is one of the Planners. This group has existed since before recorded history gently guiding the world into what they hope will be a golden age of gracious polite citizens living in a near utopia. She is over one million years old due to a device the Planners stumbled upon millennia ago. Caled the Spark Chamber it reduces the target body to energy, stores it, converts a sacrifice body to energy and merges the two. The essence of the sacrifice flees the mortal world and the combined merged energy reform the target body as a newly "born" eighteen year old version, with all memories and experiences intact.
