Wow what a project this has been. Our biggest, most detailed, and baddest yet! Definately some new ground for us and lots of new techniques. Used CNC to make the wing parts, which made for a much lighter and compact design this time. A dual layer bodysuit system, TONS of spikes, and some new materials and experiments here and there.
The wings travelled to the customer seperately as we did not have them done in time for the photoshoot here, and had to Express them the day before the con. Both wings and suit were united at AC and turned out wonderfully!
Hope you all enjoy him as much as we did making him!

I've seen that suit in action. It is drop-dead gorgeous!
