Nope, not at all. It'll be an adult room, complete with EVERYTHING a homeless person on the run would be looking for. Nothing babyish in it at all.
If it did, then Saffy would be out the door, she's not an AB or child, she's someone with a past that she would rather forget about, and is looking for a refuge. Those quarters will be her refuge, a place where she can feel safe, and it won't have any baby stuff or child stuff in it. That would be offending to her right now.

Jo seems to know a lot about a lot of people, including Saffy. How, I don't know, nor does it matter, but when Saffy sees her new quarters, Jo knows that Saffy won't be leaving. So, it's a smirk that says 'I know more than you do, even if you don't think I do.
