Her name sounds like a type of Coffee.
. . .
Is your mom literally a cup of coffee in real life!? Just cut to you happily saying yes and there is just a giant 6ft. mug of delicious and piping hot coffee next to you. *giggles*
I like coffee, so that is not an insult, AND I can sip and drink straight black coffee. I don't know how, but apparently that is how my great grandfather drank coffee sometimes, or he just could drink black coffee. Stuff is bitter but I don't mind, I like the sound of medicine studies, and medicine practice. But that has nothing to do with it at all. Sounds kind of rare to meet someone who can drink straight black coffee. Not to mention no one else in my family can sip or drink straight black coffee.
But then you get the people who jokingly and seriously say that you're drinking dirt water. X3
That is beer to me. I dislike alcohol cause I can usually really taste how subtle it is, and alcoholic stuff I taste like....rubbing alcohol. The stuff you rub or put on wounds to dry them out to let them heal faster. I guess I'll never grow up in that aspect. But I love my water!
How did I ramble on this long?! Sorry about that! ;v;

I can agree with that quite a bit. Alcoholic stuff is not my taste, but I guess that is the cruel aspect of trying to drown out sorrows.
Oh oh, next time on edit rat, this comment gets deleted cause its alluding to alcoholic issues. And many other things, oh my god I just feel like this comment should get deleted. X'3
Jeezus I just made myself have a bad time now. Too many related and intrusive thoughts.

With this being by a shore I imagine that these anthro huskies might have come on a fishing expedition, or maybe just camping there overnight with the deer rider just scouting ahead to make sure there isn't any danger. I imagine the rider might well be a ranger considering his choice of mount of a red deer stag rather than horse, since I think you would need to be exceptionally skilled with animals or maybe have a little magic to be able to pull that feat. Certainly it makes for an epic mount though maybe not the most practical with the antlers.
It's another very beautiful piece and as always lovely to see the collaboration between yourself and your mother especially the main focus with the stag rider in the foreground and the beautiful colouring.
