Welcome all to the sixth installment of my series!
This chapter takes place in between chapters 15 and 16 of
Tavin_Forchune's Bittersweet Tales series in terms of chronology.
It's the day after the crew of Aura Storm hear about Ember's injuries as a result of the fight with Metagross, but the Nomcario is feeling self-blame for not being there when she needed him most.
After jolting awake from a nightmare involving a macro-fied Zane. The jackal decides what he needs is a breath of fresh air, even shutting out his team mates in favor of solutide.
Unfortunately it seems the bad day is just beginning for the conflicted Lucario, as he's soon led off, purposely, by the very outlaw he was sent to find and bring in. It seems Zane wanted to have a private meetup with the jackal to unveil his intentions.
As tensions rise during the conversation, the fox's 'partner', the Liepard Abigail, decides to cut in on the chat..
