Cobalt knows how to get down on the dance floor!
This is a very belated birthday presents for my very amazing friend
and her fursona Cobalt!! She's a dragon-raptor hybrid who can really shake it! lol I took a lot of inspiration from classic cartoons since her style is very bright and colorful. So all I could picture was her doing the monkey from Johnny Bravo and really getting into it <3
