Arcturus' vision cleared to find himself still holding Veledar, but his hands felt different, they were warm, and they seemed to be slightly glowing. It was like he was pouring his very being into the dragon. It felt warm and soothing, as the soft glow rippled against the dragon's scales. Arcturus watched the stitches then burst as the wounds healed themselves. The gashes that had filled him with worry vanished along with the blood oozing out of them, and finally Veledar opened his eyes once more. Arcturus lost it and hugged the dragon as tightly as he could. He pressed his face as hard as he could against the dragon's chest as his throat felt sore. He sobbed loudly in happiness as he squeezed the dragon tighter. He could not help it as he felt tears once again stream down his face.

"Well I obviously missed something good." Veledar said with a grin, pulling Arcturus back, and wiping the tears from Arcturus' eyes. "You will have to stop that, how would it look for my knight to be broken down in tears?"

Arcturus sniffed one last time as he could not remove the smile that was still on his face. Thank you, thank you! His thoughts cried out to Bahamut. Veledar than moved in and hugged the paladin just as tightly as he had before. He felt Veledar' wrap his neck around him. Followed by his wings draping themselves over the two. "Thank you Arcturus."
