I notice a filter on this (probably??) like that "out-of-focus" effect, slight chromatic aberration maybe? waaah tell me the secrets behind this.

Yea! I have a image editing program called Photoscape ( is free! ) and there is a filter called cellophane which is like a 3-d red and blue layered filter. I set it to 1 and it gives it the effect on this pic :D I think I might have also added a bloom effect
