Here we have a great picture by  Atherra completing the costuming for my Portland B.O.S. characters- the rookie kinetic/energy absorber Steadfast. He has a very basic costume, just coming out of the Academy, one that boosts his kinetic absorption with body armor, and going with his relative lack of confidence that he doesn't feel a flashy outfit is necessary.
