You've done very nice work with blending the characteristics of all three animals, so this looks realistic in that it could be an animal that actually evolved rather than an unnatural hybrid. Maybe the Kalpana could be a carnivore perhaps diverging very early on in their evolution before they separated into catlike and doglike forms or maybe a very early bear that retained a longer tail and that was more of a pouncer and chaser evolving the catlike hindlegs, the colouration could have evolved for a forested environment and eventually the arms and hands evolved for grasping, useful for a forager or browser if the Kalpana is more of an omnivore these days. Certainly a very beautiful and unusual animal but perhaps no stranger than a giant ground sloth or chalicotherium for example.
Alternatively we could imagine a wizard seeing something like an owlbear and deciding to create a more aesthetically pleasing hybrid or an eccentric genetic engineer with a similar idea.
