Yeah, that was retroscoped too, I think. It's a style that has nearly died out, and for no good reason.
I wish I had enough time to focus on some sort of 15 minute animation using this technique.

It's a 2D vector image.

It's rotoscoped, that's what gives it that 'realistic' quality.

But it's a technique that isn't stylised enough and is very time consuming.
