This is my first full IS Lance, and I am pretty happy with the end results. Though, I'm still not sure I've got the hang of doing whites yet. As you can see, I tried different techniques and methods over the course of painting all four. Jenner being the first, and Awesome being the last.

Looking at the Urban Mech gives me some serious flashbacks of BattleTech II: The Cresent Hawk's Revenge, when you had to fight off the enemies in only the piece of shit UMs...
It's times like those where you grab the screen and shout "A Locust! A fucking Locust would be nice!"
Cool Jenner, though.

Wow, that takes me back. Urbanmechs, Jenners, Awesomes and Hatchetmen. :)
I am a little curious as to your make-up with this lance, as in my admittedly very rusty memory of battletech, those mechs serve an arguably disparate set of roles.
However, your modeling leaves no room for question: you did a fantastic job. Nice dark wash on the Hatchetman and Awesome without darkening the Lyran blue, and the dry-brushing highlights nice and subtly. My only regret is that the Ubanmech could use a wash too, like the others.
