Derek is no longer a red but a brunette

Been following this comic for so long it feels unreal that we are finally at the epilogue (at least as posted here). I actually like Derek giving Mike a chance.

SIgh...welp now i know what kind of comic this is. i cant read this any more things just keep getting worse and worse.

Okay.... I got soooooooo many questions. But dawm Derek look cute in that apron.

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came...

I'm not surprised. If this comic is following somewhat real-life United States consequences, the company that Derek worked for wouldn't want someone with any kind of record to work for them. That "reputation" thing. So Derek would have lost his job while doing community service, and would have had to look to Mike to help him out a little bit. They would have developed more of a relationship.

Scott would be in college at this point. 21 in age, and in the city would put him within a good proximity to a University. The person he's coming into the store with could very well be his boyfriend. We have yet to see, but I have that hunch.

Honestly I'm glad to see Mike and Derek together. They were both lonely. I'm just surprised that Mike said "work" instead of "vork".

I find it funny because the comic is called "The Golden Week" and it has way more days than a week. And now it just had 3 whole years added to the count.

Yeah, but everything else from meeting the kid, to having sex with him, to the court case all took place within a week. That week was the Golden Week because, I guess, the kid lost his virginity even though a lot of shitty stuff also happened.

you gonna give us a filler comic on how Mikey and Derek settled in the city at some point... moreover how they settled together?

Reading through the comments here, my biggest surprise is that nobody has said anything yet about Derek's ponytail.

That time skip not being on the page.. wow.. Like, I didnt know what time it was in general and to just have a billboard say it, without knowing context really hurt. Story telling should be done in the story, not having to read description/comment section.
