At 240 hours civillians have been successfully evacuated after confirmed sightings of colony-wide Sipher intrusions and a confrontation between Identfied Threat former police officer Kassira Gubatan and POI Beatrix Voss.
Massive structural damage reported and located in Sectors Hachirou, Alois, Detlef, Sten, and Hoshiko. Sector Kanashima has gone dark.
Europa Military Police and Europa Colonial Self-Defense Forces have reported massive casualties and numerous missing personnel.
Sipher containment operations have been put into effect, albeit at reported great difficulty.
IT Gubatan and IT Voss have displayed abilities and characteristics of Sipher symbiosis. Should any of them be encountered, all military personnel must evacuate from the area and report to command.

Efforts to capture, contain, or terminate Siphon organisms and IT Gubatan and IT Voss are underway.
