Part 6: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2028663/
Part 1 here if you want to start from the beginning: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2006430
I'm resubmitting this part because for some reason the old one got corrupted.
This is a live performance recording of the piece I put on for my senior recital, it's for 15 instruments and narrator. The narrator tells a story about a journey for magic, which is very much influenced by video games. The whole thing is 40 minutes long, I'm posting it here in pieces. The balance sounded great in the hall but the recording makes the levels a bit funny, especially with the narrator since he moves around during the story, so I'm posting the text of each section. The musicians were great to work with, they learned a lot of music in a very short period of time, it gets a little shaky in some spots but you can hear they get right back together again, only very good musicians can play something this exposed/difficult under the conditions they did, they're awesome! :D I hope you enjoy it, and please any feedback is greatly appreciated!

At long last, after weeks on long roads...
The great gateway that arches over us as we sleep...
To pass under brings you into a place where dreams are born...
Nes Vadi.
(Overly polite and clearly out of place) “Excuse me, I’m looking for the High Order, do you know where they reside?”
Why is that so funny?
(Pointing) A guard wearing the sign of the Order, you must be near.
(Male guard voice) “Do you have an appointment? Oh, there’s a magic light in you. Let’s see...”
“The forest spell, fire spell, alright- Hold on...”
(Insulted) “I don’t see the stone spell in you, you must not have completed the test correctly.”
“Is this a joke, for you to have come here pretending otherwise? I’ll have you sent to the bogs with the witches, there’s no use for half-magic in the Order.”
